SMS Terms & Text Message Opt-In

Sweet Listeners Session Alerts

Sweet Listeners, LLC sends optional text messages about your sessions on sweetlisteners.com: booking requests, booking confirmations, and session reminders. Texts are only sent to people who enter a mobile number and check the SMS consent box themselves. We never send marketing texts through this program.

How you opt in

When you create an account at sweetlisteners.com/signup (or later in Account settings → Notifications & contact), you will see the optional “Text alerts” section below. You type your mobile number and check the box. The box is unchecked by default, and you can create an account and book sessions without checking it.

When you opt in, we record your number, the date and time, where you opted in, and the consent wording, so we can honor your choice.

Program details

  • Messages you may receive: booking requests, booking confirmations and updates, new booking messages, session reminders, and session start or join alerts.
  • Message frequency: varies with your bookings, typically a few messages per booked session.
  • Cost: Msg & data rates may apply. Sweet Listeners does not charge for texts.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no more texts. You can also turn texts off in Account settings. Reply START to opt back in.
  • Help: reply HELP, visit sweetlisteners.com/help, or email info@sweetlisteners.com.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  • Sweet Listeners: Maya accepted your booking. Open your order for next steps. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Sweet Listeners: your 15-min Voice call with Maya starts soon. Open sweetlisteners.com to join Voice call at your assigned time. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Sweet Listeners: Kenny requested a session. Open My Bookings to Accept. Reply STOP to opt out.
