Each person has 4 minutes after the start time to join. If the listener never joins, the session is cancelled, the talker’s hold is released, and the talker is not charged. If the listener joins and the talker misses a scheduled session, the talker is charged the full session price and the listener is paid. Start now sessions are never charged if the talker doesn’t join — the hold is released and the listener is not paid.
